Utah post-frame builders
Pole barns, RV garages and shops, quoted by Utah crews
Answer a few questions about your building and we'll send it to up to three post-frame contractors who work in your county, from Cache Valley to Washington County. You compare their bids and pick one, or pass on all of them.
- Wasatch Front, Cache & Southern Utah
- Capped at 3 builders
- No account needed

Three steps, no sales pitch from us
- Share the basics: what it's for, the size, the doors, and your ZIP.
- We pick up to three Utah post-frame contractors whose service area includes your property.
- Compare written bids on the same spec, then hire whoever earns it.
Matching service only. Pole Barn Utah does not build, sell kits, or quote prices. Before you sign, look the contractor up on Utah DOPL's license search and ask for a certificate of insurance.
Ballpark it first
Most of the cost is square footage times finish level. A bare 40×60 shell and the same building with a slab, insulation, and finished walls can differ by $100,000 or more.
Wasatch Front labor tends to cost more than rural crews charge. Builders in Cache Valley and Sanpete may also travel farther to reach you, which can add to the bid.
Common Utah builds

RV and toy garages
Tall doors and deep bays for trailers, boats, and side-by-sides. These are the most common request along the Wasatch Front.

Barns that carry snow
From Mapleton benches to Cache Valley, the roof has to be engineered for your elevation and county.

Farm and livestock
Hay covers, loafing sheds, and horse barns with stalls on acreage from Tooele to Enterprise.
